Role Overview

Join Parcelforce Worldwide in Aldershot as a permanent Collection & Delivery Driver. This full-time position involves working 38 hours weekly, typically distributed over five days from Monday to Saturday between 07:30 and 17:30, with potential overtime opportunities. Compensation and Benefits

• Starting annual salary of £25,201 (£12.71/hour)
• Increased pay after six months to £27,561 annually (£13.94/hour)
• Potential earnings up to £30,000 annually based on a 38-hour week including overtime
• Premium weekend rates: additional £4.39/hour on Saturdays and £6.58/hour on Sundays, applied to contracted hours
• Paid overtime on both weekdays and weekends
• Monthly non-pensionable pay supplement of £903.84
• Weekly driving allowance of £26.73

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting parcels and devising efficient delivery routes
• Conducting mandatory vehicle safety inspections
• Collecting and delivering parcels to residences and businesses
• Delivering a reliable and friendly service to customers

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid full UK manual driving licence (Category B, up to 3.5 tonnes), registered to your current address, with no more than six penalty points
• Physical capability to lift and handle parcels weighing up to 30 kg
• Personality traits including friendliness, dependability, and strong customer orientation
• Ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a team
