Parcel Delivery Driver

About the Role

Join a rapidly expanding global logistics company at their UK hub in Livingston, Scotland. As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you will be vital to supporting the fast and evolving delivery network, servicing major retail and online brands across the UK. This role offers a dynamic and impactful environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

Location and Schedule

Work will be based at Inpost Distribution, 7 Nettlehill Road, Houstoun Industrial Estate, Livingston, EH54 5DL. The shift pattern is 5 days on, 1 day off (5 over 6), with daily working hours from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load your delivery vehicle in accordance with legal requirements.
• Ensure parcels are delivered to customers promptly, efficiently, and securely.
• Maintain security of the vehicle and goods during transit.
• Collect orders from the previous day for processing.
• Complete all required documentation following company procedures.
• Unload, allocate, and load inbound goods within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Possession of a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience with no driving disqualifications.
• Strong local knowledge of commercial addresses and streets.
• Physically capable of handling the demands of a multi-drop delivery and warehouse duties.
• A hardworking, positive mindset and willingness to be flexible with work hours.
• Must undergo and pass a DBS check prior to starting employment.
• Subject to random drug and alcohol testing as part of company compliance.
