About the Role

Join a dynamic UK-based global company at the forefront of revolutionizing parcel delivery. We are seeking Parcel Delivery Drivers to become part of our Lincoln team as we rapidly expand and innovate in the eCommerce logistics space. Our mission is to transform traditional delivery by becoming the UK’s top out-of-home network, featuring thousands of smart lockers, leading retail partnerships, and an innovative Send service that empowers parcel recipients.

Working Location & Schedule

  • Location: 4 Rosehall Rd, Bellshill, ML4 3NR
  • Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly schedules—Monday to Friday then Tuesday to Saturday, with every alternate week offering a long weekend
  • Work Hours: 08:00 to 16:30, totaling 40 hours per week

Compensation

Hourly wage of £13.01

Key Responsibilities

  • Load delivery vehicle securely and in compliance with regulations
  • Carry out parcel deliveries efficiently, on schedule, and with care
  • Ensure safety and security of goods and vehicle during transit
  • Collect orders from previous days as needed
  • Complete all required paperwork following company policies
  • Process and organize incoming supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse environment
  • Adhere strictly to company rules and procedures

Candidate Requirements

  • Possession of a valid full UK driving licence with fewer than six penalty points
  • Minimum of three years’ driving experience
  • No prior driving disqualifications (NI, DD, DR categories)
  • Strong knowledge of local commercial addresses and roadways
  • Physical fitness to handle multi-drop deliveries and warehouse duties
  • A diligent, positive work ethic with flexibility
  • Ability to pass a full DBS check before starting
  • Agreement to random drug and alcohol screening upon selection
