About the Role

An established and reputable wealth management firm based in Leeds is seeking a skilled Paraplanner to strengthen its expanding Financial Planning team. With a growing clientele and an increased demand for handling complex financial planning tasks, this role offers the chance to contribute significantly within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical assistance to Financial Planners.
• Perform comprehensive financial planning research and analysis.
• Prepare compliant, well-organized suitability reports covering a wide range of financial advisory areas.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of three years experience in a Paraplanner or equivalent technical financial planning position.
• Thorough technical expertise spanning all financial planning domains.
• Possession of the Level 4 Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or actively progressing towards it.
• Familiarity with financial planning tools such as Intelligent Office, Voyant, and FE Analytics is beneficial.
• Sound understanding of FCA regulations including the Consumer Duty obligations.
• Strong skills in analysis, report composition, and communication.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

Additional Information
