Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply paints and polishes to surfaces within hotel guest rooms and communal areas, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Install and mend wall and ceiling coverings, working with various materials such as vinyl, fabric, and foil; also maintain wooden, masonry, and caulked surfaces using stains, varnishes, and lacquers.
• Maintain all painting tools, equipment, and designated workspaces, keeping them in optimal condition.
• Manage painting inventory by monitoring supplies, ensuring correct storage of paints and solvents, and overseeing supply levels.
