Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply various finish coatings, including paint and polish, to surfaces meeting quality standards and scheduled timelines.
• Install and repair wall and ceiling coverings using materials such as vinyl, fabric, and foil; maintain caulked, grouted, wooden, and masonry surfaces using appropriate stains, varnishes, and lacquers.
• Maintain all painting tools, equipment, and work sites in excellent operational condition.
• Manage inventory of painting supplies, ensuring paints and solvents are stored safely and according to guidelines.
