Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare work areas by covering furniture and fixtures to avoid damage or mess.
  • Ready painting surfaces through tasks like removing old paint, filling cracks, and washing walls.
  • Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes professionally.
  • Clean painting equipment and tools, restore fixtures, and reorganize spaces after completion.
  • Perform routine inspections of building premises and equipment, conducting basic repairs as needed.
  • Proactively contribute to guest and visitor comfort within the premises.
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude when handling tasks and requests.
  • Assist with documentation by keeping daily logs for repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Adhere to hotel security protocols, including emergency and fire procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in painting and decorating is preferred.
  • Familiarity with security regulations is advantageous.
