Job Responsibilities
- Prepare work areas by covering furniture and fixtures to avoid damage or mess.
- Ready painting surfaces through tasks like removing old paint, filling cracks, and washing walls.
- Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes professionally.
- Clean painting equipment and tools, restore fixtures, and reorganize spaces after completion.
- Perform routine inspections of building premises and equipment, conducting basic repairs as needed.
- Proactively contribute to guest and visitor comfort within the premises.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude when handling tasks and requests.
- Assist with documentation by keeping daily logs for repairs and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to hotel security protocols, including emergency and fire procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in painting and decorating is preferred.
- Familiarity with security regulations is advantageous.
