• Apply protective paint coatings accurately and prepare surfaces thoroughly before application.

• Respond to and resolve issues reported in guest rooms and staff residences related to painting and maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of brushes, trays, and tools immediately after use to preserve their condition.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, especially while working on scaffolding and elevated areas.
• Protect adjacent areas during painting tasks and keep workspaces tidy throughout projects.
• Perform additional assigned duties, demonstrating the ability to multitask and adapt to evolving job requirements.
• Adjust work approaches in response to industry, organizational, or hotel-specific changes to maintain effectiveness.
