Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Apply paints, wallpapers, and decorative finishes to guest rooms, corridors, and communal areas with precision.
• Prepare surfaces thoroughly before painting to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within your workspace.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to uphold facility standards.
• Execute assigned tasks independently and to the highest professional standards.
• Address problems immediately within your scope of work.
• Manage workshop inventory diligently and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Adhere strictly to daily schedules to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
• Attend to any additional guest requirements proactively.
• Stay fully acquainted with hotel emergency protocols and maintain readiness for any incidents.
• Understand and comply with operational standards and company procedures relevant to your responsibilities.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational background includes a Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
• Possess a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar painter or polisher role.
• Effective communication skills in English are required.
