The Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified division focuses on luxury and electric vehicle repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by eliminating grease, dirt, paint, and rust using various tools such as abrasives, solvents, brushes, blowtorches, washing tanks, and sandblasters.
- Support the painter with pre-paint blending requirements.
- Collaborate with the paint team to ensure timely vehicle delivery according to schedule.
- Apply body fillers to address small dents and scratches and smooth surfaces for painting.
- Buff and wax painted surfaces to achieve final finish quality.
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble sprayers and power tools through appropriate cleaning techniques involving solvents, wire brushes, and cloths.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in vehicle painting processes is required.
- I-CAR certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with team members.
- Successful completion of a thorough background check is essential.
