Packaging Executive

About the Role

MMT Lifestyle (India) Private Limited is seeking a Packaging Executive to join its e-commerce operations team based in New Delhi. This role involves preparing and packing customer orders meticulously while ensuring product quality and adherence to packing standards. The candidate will work full-time during day shifts, handling various products such as wallets, belts, sunglasses, and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pack e-commerce orders following the company's packaging guidelines.
• Verify product details including color, quantity, SKU, and order specifics before packing.
• Apply appropriate shipping labels, barcodes, tags, and packaging materials correctly.
• Perform quality inspections to prevent damaged or incorrect shipments.
• Manage packaging supplies such as boxes, pouches, tapes, and labels to ensure availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in packaging and dispatch areas.
• Collaborate with warehouse and order processing teams to ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
• Achieve daily packing targets within designated timelines.
• Support inventory checks, product sorting, and other warehouse duties as required.
• Adhere strictly to company standard operating procedures, maintaining accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect products promptly to relevant teams.

Candidate Profile

• Open to freshers aged 18 to 50 years with basic English proficiency.
• Minimum education of 12th grade pass.
• Basic computer and packaging knowledge is essential.
• Familiarity with packaging and dispatch operations, SKU and barcode management, and labeling processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Time management capability and a disciplined, team-oriented work ethic desired.

Compensation and Work Details

The position offers a fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 depending on skill and experience. No specific incentives or additional perks have been disclosed. Work is onsite at the company's facility located at Plot 4, Sector 7, Dwarka, Palam, New Delhi, Delhi – 110075 on day shifts as a full-time role.
