Role Overview

The Owner position is a full-time, on-site leadership role located in Lagos State, Nigeria. This individual will set the strategic direction, articulate the company vision, and oversee the development and execution of preventive health and wellness services. Daily responsibilities include directing business strategies, managing operations, supporting marketing and partnership activities, and ensuring financial viability. The position requires leading and mentoring teams, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and cultivating relationships with stakeholders and community partners. Additionally, the Owner will track key performance indicators, seek growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with VitaCore’s mission to provide sustainable and accessible healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, or preventive medicine with a strong ability to guide organizational strategy.
• Competence in business management, including budgeting, resource distribution, and operational oversight.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and community relations within or beyond Lagos State.
• Strong leadership skills to manage diverse teams and promote an inclusive environment, utilizing data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and ethical considerations pertinent to health services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related fields; advanced degrees are beneficial.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strong accountability, and willingness to work full-time on-site in Lagos State, Nigeria.
