Job Details and Responsibilities

The overnight shift runs from 11pm to 7am, offering an hourly wage between $18 and $19 plus tips. This role qualifies for earning tips along with the base pay. Key duties include ensuring excellent client service by promptly addressing requests and concerns, consistently inspecting vehicles before parking while documenting any observations, explaining valet charges to customers, adhering to traffic regulations and safe driving practices, and reporting any accidents or unusual incidents to management. Familiarity with local streets and landmarks is essential to facilitate smooth transportation experiences. Employees must arrive on time in proper uniform and remain fully dressed accordingly throughout the shift. Additional tasks may be assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and current address
• Preferred ability to drive vehicles with manual transmissions
• Flexibility to work alternate or special shifts including weekends
• Must legally be authorized to work in the U.S. with proper documentation
• Strong communication skills to provide accurate customer and coworker information and resolve issues professionally
• Basic numeracy, including ability to handle US currency and understand written instructions and correspondence
• Ability to follow both written and verbal directives and adapt calmly to unexpected events

Physical Requirements

Job functions regularly require standing, walking, and manual handling of cash and related equipment, with occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be offered for individuals with disabilities.
