Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct overnight stocking processes according to priorities set by the Overnight Assistant Manager and daytime management.
• Evaluate merchandise presentation and overall store appearance to identify areas needing improvement and perform necessary merchandising and display updates to meet store standards.
• Manage defective or damaged products by properly tagging and transferring them to the claims room following established procedures.
• Oversee store safety and security during the overnight shift, managing any incidents or accidents according to company policy in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager.
• Conduct inspections of designated store areas to ensure facility security and compliance with safety standards.
• Engage in training and developing overnight associates to promote productivity, operational performance, and successful achievement of stocking goals.
• Maintain flexibility by accepting shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements to ensure seamless store operations and exceptional customer service.

Potential Challenges

• Manage a high volume of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced overnight environment by maintaining focus and energy throughout the shift.
• Handle physically demanding duties such as standing long hours, bending, lifting inventory and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive stocking and zoning activities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Compensation
