Overnight Department Supervisor - Full Time

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain store readiness by organizing aisles, overheads, and managing inventory effectively.
• Oversee minor store resets, cross merchandising, and adherence to planograms.
• Work alongside the Operations Assistant Manager to prioritize associate duties and implement effective team workflows.
• Receive, inspect, and manage incoming merchandise, including proper system entry and pack down activities.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels in the department to meet business requirements.
• Lead associate performance management through coaching, communication, recognition, and ongoing feedback.
• Promote and enforce all safety and asset protection policies within the department.

Required Qualifications

• Flexibility to work overnight shifts and varied schedules.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Sound decision-making abilities coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrable experience of 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.

Additional Information

Compensation: Hourly wage ranging from $23.80 to $26.05 with a 10% shift premium for overnight shifts.
