Position Overview

As an Overnight Cleaner, you will be a critical part of the team ensuring safe and efficient kitchen operations overnight. Your role supports colleagues and helps maintain the preparation of outstanding cuisine by deep cleaning and upholding hygienic standards during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service consistently throughout shifts.
• Work overnight hours from approximately 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.
• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen areas after operational hours, including floors, ovens, stovetops, walls, and ceiling tiles.
• Identify and report any repair needs or concerns promptly.
• Use personal protective equipment properly when handling chemicals and ensure all chemicals are stored and organized correctly.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace, actively engaging in health and safety programs.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk consistently throughout the entire shift.
• Capable of frequent lifting and carrying of items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting required.
• Occasional climbing of ladders, stairs, or ramps.
• Willingness and availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and other non-daytime schedules as needed.

• Permanent full-time position starting September 2026 with a pay rate of $20.96 per hour.
