Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role involves delivering excellent customer service through completing assigned responsibilities related to receiving merchandise and ensuring smooth movement of products onto the sales floor. The tasks include unloading trailers, moving pallets to the sales areas, and assisting with merchandise processing, all while maintaining a safe and clean workplace environment. The associate operates collaboratively within a team to strategically organize and perform tasks according to workload and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor to be ready for store opening each day.
• Set up merchandise, perform merchandising duties, and apply signage for featured products.
• Handle live unloading of various merchandise types efficiently.
• Focus on labelling products and organizing stock in backroom bins, distinguishing this role from day or evening fulfillment positions.
• Transport pallets of merchandise back and forth between the sales floor and storage areas during overnight shifts.
• Contribute to stocking the sales floor as needed and provide customer assistance when necessary.
• Ensure the sales floor is properly labelled before store opening time.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies, including completing safety sweep logs and securing displays and fixtures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

Other Information

The starting pay for this position is $16.15 per hour.
