Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role is centered on delivering excellent customer service by executing tasks related to receiving merchandise and ensuring its smooth transition onto the sales floor. Responsibilities include unloading trailers, moving pallets, assisting with processing products, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Associate operates collaboratively within a team to prioritize workload and fulfill operational duties effectively.

Key Duties

• Prepare the sales floor ahead of store opening hours
• Set up merchandise displays and signage for featured items
• Unload various merchandise types in live unloading scenarios
• Focus on labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking areas, distinguishing this role from others with less emphasis on these tasks
• Transport pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor during overnight shifts for processing
• Support sales floor stocking tasks and provide customer assistance when necessary
• Label sales floor areas to ensure readiness for store opening
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures

Compensation

The minimum hourly wage for this position is $17.75.
