Overnight Associate

Overview

The Overnight Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth merchandise flow from receiving through to sales floor presentation. Responsibilities include unloading trailers, moving pallets, processing merchandise accurately, and maintaining a secure and clean workspace. This position supports team efforts to manage workload effectively overnight.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor ahead of store opening hours.
• Set up, merchandise, and label promotional features.
• Perform live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Focus on merchandise labeling and organizing stock in backroom bins, distinguishing this role from day/evening fulfillment positions.
• Transport pallets to and from the sales floor during overnight operations.
• Assist with sales floor stocking and offer customer service support when necessary.
• Label sales floor merchandise in preparation for store opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and securing fixtures and displays.

Compensation

The starting wage for this role is $15.50 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
