Overnight Associate

Position Overview

The Overnight Associate role is focused on delivering excellent customer service by efficiently handling tasks related to merchandise receiving and its transition to the sales floor. Responsibilities include unloading delivery trailers, moving pallets to the sales floor, and processing products while maintaining a safe and orderly environment. The associate works collaboratively with the team to plan and carry out tasks based on workload and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales area for store opening each day.
• Arrange, merchandise, and label promotional displays and product features.
• Carry out live unloading of various types of inventory shipments.
• Place greater emphasis on labeling and stocking merchandise in backroom storage compared to day or evening fulfillment roles.
• Transport pallets of stock to and from the sales floor during overnight shifts.
• Assist with replenishing products on the sales floor as assigned, and provide customer assistance when needed.
• Ensure sales floor signage is labeled accurately prior to store opening.
• Maintain a safe and clean workplace by complying with company policies, performing safety checks, and securing displays and fixtures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

Salary Details
