About the Role
The Outsourced Manpower Supervisor plays a critical role in managing and refining outsourced workforce activities across Salasa's various operational sites, including fulfillment centers, darkstores, and related facilities. This position is responsible for ensuring strict discipline, compliance, and vendor accountability, as well as harmonizing operational norms, safety practices, and organizational culture throughout the company’s network. Serving as the pivotal governance link between Operations, Security, HSSE, Vendors, and People & Culture, the supervisor enforces standards, raises visibility, and proactively addresses manpower and operational risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce discipline, attendance, and behavioral protocols for all outsourced workers, guaranteeing adherence to company policies, SOPs, and HSSE mandates.
- Recognize and escalate compliance issues swiftly, facilitating corrective measures through coordinated efforts with stakeholders.
- Manage daily interactions with outsourcing vendors concerning manpower performance, attendance issues, replacements, and escalations.
- Ensure vendors meet established SLAs, manpower quality criteria, and service expectations.
- Oversee manpower productivity and reliability to maintain uninterrupted operations across all sites.
- Conduct periodic site inspections, audits, and assessments at warehouses and darkstores to evaluate operational and manpower standards.
- Identify inefficiencies, governance shortcomings, and manpower risks, collaborating on corrective plans with Operations and related teams.
- Prepare comprehensive reports analyzing manpower trends, compliance gaps, incidents, and propose improvements to optimize manpower and vendor effectiveness.
- Maintain continuous monitoring of relevant metrics such as attendance, turnover, compliance status, and incidents.
- Assist in onboarding outsourced workers, ensuring their alignment with Salasa’s operational standards and culture.
- Promote awareness of policies, safety standards, and operational discipline among the outsourced manpower.
- Collaborate with People & Culture, Operations, Security, and HSSE to boost field engagement and foster consistent organizational culture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline preferred.
- Diploma holders with substantial operational experience considered.
Experience Requirements
- Between 3 to 5 years in operations, warehouse administration, HR operations, manpower supervision or coordination roles.
- Essential experience working with outsourced manpower or vendor coordination.
- Strongly preferred background in logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, or operational settings.
- At least one year with manpower outsourcing firms such as Mawaared, SMASCO, Emdad, Maharah, or similar organizations is favored.
