Outreach Officer

Role Overview

KK Modi University seeks a proactive Outreach Officer to enhance its engagement efforts by fostering collaborations with schools, colleges, and coaching centers to support the university's admission growth. The candidate must be an effective communicator with prior outreach experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies for outreach and student engagement.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with educational institutions and other relevant stakeholders.
• Organize admission-focused awareness programs such as seminars, webinars, and events.
• Identify and manage potential student leads.
• Work closely with internal departments to execute outreach plans successfully.
• Monitor outreach outcomes and generate regular performance reports.
• Act as the university's representative at educational fairs and promotional occasions.

Required Skills and Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; a Master’s degree is desirable.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Previous experience in outreach, admissions, business development, marketing, or related areas.
• Competent in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel for outreach initiatives.

Preferred Experience

• Between one to three years of work experience in outreach, admissions, educational marketing, business development, or student recruitment.
• Prior exposure to the higher education sector is a plus.
