Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Outlet Manager for our Pan Asian outlet, reporting directly to the Assistant Director or Director of Food & Beverage. The successful candidate will oversee the outlet's entire operations, driving professional standards in management and administration, while supporting equitable development among staff.

Core Responsibilities

• Inspire, guide, and supervise all outlet employees, ensuring discipline and motivation.
• Design and maintain comprehensive training programs to uphold high staff proficiency.
• Oversee daily outlet operations efficiently.
• Handle guest complaints effectively and perform service recovery when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to Food & Beverage policies and procedural standards.
• Guarantee all staff possess thorough knowledge of products offered.
• Conduct frequent inspections to uphold food and beverage quality.
• Adhere strictly to prescribed accounting protocols.
• Conduct monthly individual meetings with staff to set targets, evaluate achievements, and update performance records.
• Carry out daily role-playing exercises and ensure compliance with company grooming standards.
• Organize maintenance schedules for the outlet’s operational equipment.
• Collaborate with stewarding teams to manage inventory control and minimize breakage.
• Keep a detailed daily log documenting all operational activities.
• Develop and maintain a guest database capturing preferences of regular patrons.
• Plan employee scheduling to maintain service excellence while controlling labor costs within budget.
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately and conduct regular performance assessments.
• Implement weekly cleaning plans for operating equipment to sustain high hygiene standards.
• Lead weekly facility walkthroughs alongside Hygiene, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor and control stock levels of all outlet equipment.
• Continuously observe staff appearance, conduct, and professionalism to uphold the outlet’s standards.
