Job Overview
Become an integral part of a globally renowned hospitality team as an Outlet Manager, where your role transcends beyond managing a hotel dining outlet's routine operations. You will be instrumental in delivering extraordinary experiences that brighten guests' days and create memorable stays.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring exemplary guest service, superior product quality, meticulous inventory and cost control, profitability, effective marketing, accurate budgeting, and strict adherence to policies and procedures.
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction by continuously evaluating service and product quality, addressing concerns promptly, and proactively enhancing the dining experience.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the outlet team by supervising daily tasks, conducting performance reviews, fostering professional growth, and recognizing accomplishments to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce.
- Drive revenue enhancement through innovative marketing campaigns, effective upselling methods, and strategic promotions aimed at maximizing food and beverage sales and overall profitability.
- Manage recruitment processes including interviewing and onboarding, to secure talented team members who uphold high service and operational standards.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations ensuring wellbeing for guests and staff alike.
