Our Finance team partners with operational departments to uphold the integrity, accuracy, and security of all financial transactions within the hotel. Supporting Food & Beverage outlets, the team plays a key role in maintaining solid financial controls and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

As an Outlet Cashier, reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance and collaborating closely with Food & Beverage and Front Office teams, you will manage billing, payment processing, and uphold financial compliance for the hotel's outlets and bars.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process guest billing and payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
• Secure hotel assets such as cash floats, payment devices, and other financial tools adhering to hotel policies.
• Validate credit card payments, room charges, discounts, promotions, and vouchers, ensuring all authorizations are in place.
• Reconcile cash, card, and room charge transactions, preparing detailed end-of-shift financial reports.
• Assist with internal control procedures and house fund audits to guarantee compliance with financial policies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to support smooth operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience handling cashier duties, billing, or financial transactions preferably within hospitality or customer-oriented environments.
• Exceptional precision, attention to detail, and accountability in handling financial information.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems, payment terminals, and conducting financial reporting tasks.
• Strong numerical aptitude for efficient and confident transaction reconciliation.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive financial data.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
