Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic German-speaking Outbound Business Development Representative to join an innovative technology team expanding rapidly in the Irish market. Key Responsibilities

• Research and discover businesses that could benefit from advanced marketing automation technologies.
• Work closely with Account Executives to design and execute effective prospecting campaigns.
• Develop, test, and optimize targeted communication for diverse channels, sectors, and customer personas.
• Contribute to team success by sharing effective tactics and learning opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong commitment and strive to exceed set targets continuously.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of one year’s experience in inbound or outbound business development roles, preferably in marketing technology environments.
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to excel in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
• Engaging, self-aware, and eager to develop professionally.
• Proactive with great attention to detail and a persistent approach to achieving results.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary of €43,550 with additional bonuses and benefits, targeting an on-target earnings (OTE) of €67,000.
