Role Overview
The Console Operator role is centered on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming store environment. The position demands strong multitasking and time management abilities in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on delivering excellent food options and premium barista coffee.
Candidate Profile
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Eager to learn and advocate for OTR’s diverse products and specials.
