Titanium Escrow manages transaction funds by holding them in segregated accounts that only move according to parties' agreed written instructions. We serve as escrow agent, custodian, and paying agent across M&A, private capital, restructuring, and real estate deals primarily in the GCC region and beyond. Since 2020, we have processed over USD 5 billion in escrow funds.

Role Overview

This newly created position reports directly to the CEO. It involves establishing and leading the origination function from the ground up, with direct decision-making authority and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure cross-border M&A escrow mandates involving multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop relationships with firms undergoing regulatory approval in ADGM and DIFC, supporting capital held via account statements.
• Manage paying agency roles for multi-seller distributions, settlements, and restructuring escrows.
• Coordinate real estate escrow arrangements catering to international buyers and sellers.
• Engage directly and authoritatively with senior partners at top law firms, corporate service providers, fund managers, family offices, and transaction banking teams.
• Maintain ownership of referral relationships to ensure recurring mandates.
• Build and maintain a referral network centered around ADGM and DIFC corporate service providers.
• Carry deals through the full pipeline, collaborating with onboarding teams to secure signed engagements.
• Represent the company at industry events and counsel meetings across the region.
• Develop systems for tracking, forecasting, and reporting origination activities to establish structure where none currently exists.

Candidate Profile

• 8 to 12 years of experience in origination, client coverage, or business development in financial or professional services.
• An active and reliable GCC network with law firms, corporate service providers, funds, or banks—the type of contacts who respond personally to outreach.
• Experience in marketing regulated services and navigating compliance constraints.
• Strong independent judgement to manage senior relationships with minimal supervision, paired with disciplined documentation practices.
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
• Prior escrow experience is advantageous but not mandatory; technical knowledge can be acquired within three months.
