Job description
Role Purpose
Drive enhancement of company performance, processes, and organizational capabilities by managing development and transformation projects in collaboration with department leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert CEO's strategic goals into actionable development plans and measurable projects.
- Evaluate current systems, organizational structures, and workflows to pinpoint improvement areas.
- Lead sanctioned initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency, service standards, cost-effectiveness, and inter-department collaboration.
- Create and monitor performance metrics and dashboards, ensuring follow-up on necessary corrective measures.
- Collaborate with Operations and the Project Management Office to enhance contract management and project delivery outcomes.
- Support enhancements to governance frameworks, policies, and delegation of authority.
- Lead change management efforts including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and organizing training sessions.
- Assist digital transformation efforts and process automation alongside Technology and IT teams.
- Prepare business cases and assess feasibility for proposed enhancements.
- Regularly report results, potential risks, and decisions requiring approval to the CEO.
Authority
Authorized to head development initiatives within approved scope and budgets. Department heads maintain daily operational responsibility unless formally reassigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Change management certification such as CCMP or equivalent preferred.
- Executive education in leadership or organizational change is beneficial.
- A minimum of five years of senior-level experience in organizational development, transformation, consulting, or program management.
- Proven capability in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leaders.
- Hands-on experience with process optimization, organizational restructuring, governance, and performance management.
- Track record of managing transformation projects through all phases and measuring outcomes.
- Experience preparing feasibility analyses and business cases.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, ERP solutions, partnerships, or improving service delivery is advantageous.

- Competence in defining performance indicators and evaluating costs, benefits, and risks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Fluency in Arabic and professional working proficiency in English.
Reporting
This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
