Position Overview

The Organization Development Team Lead will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the HR organizational development tactics. This person will lead projects that influence organizational structure, workforce planning, job evaluation, competency frameworks, and employee engagement efforts. The goal is to ensure HR practices are aligned with business strategies to foster a dynamic, high-performing, and flexible workplace.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assess and improve organizational structures to support business strategies and expansion.
  • Contribute to updating and enhancing HR policies to meet legal requirements and operational standards.
  • Adjust job descriptions to reflect structural modifications, aiding in recruitment and job evaluation processes.
  • Conduct research and implement best practices in organizational development that facilitate company transformation.
  • Work closely with management to identify and address challenges related to the organizational structure.
  • Develop and align competency frameworks with various job roles throughout the company.
  • Support workforce planning activities, including formulating annual manpower plans and associated policies.
  • Review and update compensation and benefits structures to stay competitive with market trends.
  • Perform job evaluations and classification to maintain fairness within the organization.
  • Assist in crafting policies concerning rewards, promotions, and performance management.
  • Help revise HR service level agreements to better accommodate business changes.
  • Manage HR information systems and intranet functionalities to optimize their performance.
  • Lead employee engagement and satisfaction surveys to continually enhance workplace experience.
  • Coordinate internal employee transfers to align workforce deployment with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of professional experience in organizational development.
  • Proficient in training and development, implementing performance and rewards systems, recruitment and selection processes, designing human capital programs, and general knowledge of human capital strategies.
  • Experienced in employee relations, coaching, and providing internal business consultancy.
