Job Overview
Medsource Ozone Biomedicals is seeking a dedicated Order Processing Manager to oversee the end-to-end order management lifecycle, ensuring precision and efficiency in handling orders, invoices, and dispatches. This role requires seamless coordination with the sales team and providing ongoing support to distributors and end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete cycle of order processing including initiation, verification, and fulfillment.
- Ensure accuracy across all stages of orders, invoices, and dispatch operations.
- Handle the processing of orders, generating invoices, and coordinating dispatch activities.
- Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports related to orders and sales.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to align order processing with sales objectives.
- Provide comprehensive support to distributors and end users regarding their orders.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Candidates must hold at least a graduate degree in any discipline.
