The Order Processing Executive will oversee the entire order lifecycle for a US-based glass manufacturing client — from receipt and accurate data entry to processing and final delivery for fabrication. This key position coordinates closely with CAD/hardware, route planning, and quality control teams to maintain accurate and timely order flow. Freshers are encouraged to apply as comprehensive training on internal systems and procedures will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive and input customer order details, including glass specifications and client information, into internal management systems.
- Manage the order process from intake to hand-off for fabrication.
- Verify order completeness and accuracy; communicate with relevant teams or US clients to resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate daily with CAD/hardware, route planning, and quality control teams to ensure smooth, delay-free order progression.
- Maintain current, well-organized order records for easy tracking and retrieval.
- Update and communicate order statuses and clarifications to the US client as necessary.
- Identify and report recurrent issues or bottlenecks to support continuous process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for effective client communication.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in managing repetitive, high-volume data entry tasks.
- Comfort using computers, including spreadsheets, email, and standard office applications.
- Ability to follow set procedures and maintain accuracy under daily deadlines.
- Good organizational skills and dependability in a shift-based, remote work setting.
- Open to freshers with no prior experience required.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
- Previous experience in data entry, order processing, back-office support, or related administrative functions.
- Familiarity with order management or ERP systems.
- Experience with night shifts or working with US-based clients.
Learning and Growth Opportunities
This role provides significant learning potential, allowing freshers to gain hands-on exposure to US client operations, cross-functional team collaboration, and the chance to advance into senior order operations or team leadership roles based on performance.
Work Schedule
- Shift: 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM (US time zone)
