Molding Machine Operator

Position Overview

We are recruiting for multiple positions including Molding Machine Operator, Assembly Helper, Press Shop Operator, ZDC Casting Machine Operator, and Drilling Machine Operator at our Ahmedabad facility. This is an opportunity to work in the production/assembly department, supporting daily manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machines efficiently to meet daily production targets.
• Understand technical drawings, dimensional specifications, and perform basic measurements.
• Utilize measuring tools such as Vernier Calipers and gauges for precision checks.
• Handle press tools, dies, moulds, fixtures, and machinery with care.
• Carry out operations including drilling, tapping, deburring, grinding, and finishing.
• Inspect components for quality adherence and segregate defective or rejected items.
• Manage materials, perform packing duties, and uphold basic housekeeping standards including 5S methodology.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, personal protective equipment usage, and company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime and shifts as required.

Candidate Profile

• Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing or production are preferred.
• Applicants for operator roles should ideally hold an ITI or equivalent technical certification.
• Assembly Helpers should have fundamental skills in reading, counting, and material identification.
• Relevant machine operation experience is advantageous for operator positions.

Compensation
