Position Overview

The Oracle Solution Architect will be integral to designing and executing Oracle-driven business transformation initiatives. This role combines deep Oracle technical acumen with strong business consulting, solution architecture, and leadership skills to convert complex business needs into scalable, integrated Oracle-based solutions. The architect will collaborate closely with stakeholders, account teams, and delivery groups to create solution strategies, transformation roadmaps, and architectures that deliver tangible business benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive Oracle solutions that enable business transformation and operational goals.
• Translate business demands into scalable Oracle solution architectures across functional and technical domains.
• Ensure integration of business processes, data management, reporting, analytics, and security within the overall Oracle solution.
• Lead discovery workshops, architectural discussions, solution design sessions, and present at executive levels.
• Create Oracle-focused transformation strategies and detailed implementation plans.
• Collaborate with project and delivery teams during design and execution phases.
• Build strong trust with stakeholders, providing strategic insights into Oracle solutions.
• Assist sales and solution pursuits through solution development, cost estimation, proposals, demos, and presentations.
• Provide leadership in solution architecture for complex Oracle transformation projects.
• Identify and leverage Oracle Cloud, AI, data, integration, and analytics capabilities to optimize business outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 12 years of extensive experience with Oracle solutions and enterprise-wide transformation engagements.
• Demonstrated expertise designing and architecting end-to-end Oracle solutions across multiple domains such as Oracle HCM, ERP/Financials, EPM, Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, CX (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce), Analytics, Integration, OCI, AI, and industry-specific Oracle applications.
• Sound knowledge of solution architecture principles encompassing business processes, integrations, data flows, reporting, and security governance.
• Proven ability to convert business requirements into detailed functional and technical designs.
• Experience leading client workshops, discovery phases, architecture discussions, and delivering compelling solution presentations.
• Capability to support sales pursuits including solution estimation, proposal drafting, and demonstrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration skills enabling synergy among business, functional, technical, and delivery teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving aptitude suited for navigating complex transformation scenarios.
