This role covers AI-supported enterprise performance management (EPM) and financial planning & analysis (FP&A), cost transformation initiatives, finance operating model redesigns, and capital efficiency improvements. - Lead the creation of enterprise EPM and FP&A frameworks involving strategic planning, integrated budgeting, driver-based forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Develop cost and profitability models, such as activity-based costing, product costing methods, and implement zero-based budgeting approaches.
- Establish value-driver hierarchies, key performance indicator systems, management reporting tools, and executive dashboards along with governance frameworks spanning performance management and finance function operations.
- Specialize in either treasury transformation (improving cash flow visibility, liquidity, and risk management controls) or comprehensive post-merger integration, aligning strategy, operations, technology, and finance for synergy realization and continuity.
- Construct detailed business cases and financial scenarios to assess investment returns, risks, and cash flow considerations, aiding resource and initiative prioritization.
- Conduct executive workshops to challenge and validate assumptions, manage varying priorities, and obtain formal stakeholder approval for critical solutions.
- Manage engagement delivery including scope, resource allocation, milestones, risk monitoring, quality assurance, and economic management.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate consultants and experts, fostering strong client relationships to unlock further business opportunities.
- Support proposal development and account growth through innovative solution design, scope planning, staffing strategies, and commercial evaluation; contribute to reusable thought leadership materials.
- Identify AI and automation opportunities within finance functions by defining business needs, assessing data readiness, establishing control measures, and prioritizing adoption benefits.
Preferred Experience
- 7 to 9 years in roles related to Finance Strategy, CFO Advisory, Strategy Consulting, or Value Creation Services with experience managing complex projects.
- Proven expertise in EPM, FP&A design, cost and profitability management, finance operating model transformation, driver-based planning, zero-based budgeting, and AI-enabled finance functions.
- Track record in leading value creation initiatives impacting revenue growth, margin improvement, cost restructuring, working capital, and capital deployment, yielding measurable EBITDA, cash flow, and ROIC gains.
- Demonstrable skills in treasury transformation or enterprise-wide post-merger integration leadership.
- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing project scope, commercial terms, risk mitigation, stakeholder influence, and approval processes.
- Successful history of building senior client relationships, shaping business development efforts and proposals.
