Role Overview

We are seeking an Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant to join our dynamic and growth-focused team in Dubai on a contract basis. This onsite leadership position serves as the primary representative of the Payroll/HCM track within an enterprise EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation program. The consultant will manage the comprehensive functional solution for Oracle Payroll Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle Payroll Cloud solutions during the transformation program.
• Engage directly with stakeholders to guide design decisions and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Provide hands-on expertise and leadership throughout all phases from Discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, through to go-live and Hypercare support.
• Safeguard the quality and integrity of solutions delivered to meet project standards and timelines.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Deep proficiency in Oracle HCM and Payroll Cloud technologies and functionalities.
• Strong ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively across multiple levels.
• Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced transformation environment.
• Experience leading functional solution implementations in large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
