Oracle Fusion Solution Architect - Technology Consulting

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud transformation projects. Based in Dublin, this full-time permanent role involves collaborating with business leaders and technology teams to design scalable solutions primarily within enterprise resource planning (ERP) and human capital management (HCM) domains. You will play a pivotal role in driving architectural decisions and supporting both client engagement and internal team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM initiatives.
• Convert complex business requirements into clear architectural blueprints, process workflows, and integration strategies.
• Ensure design governance, critically evaluate requirements, and balance Oracle’s best practices with client-specific priorities.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, facilitate collaborative workshops, and articulate architectural decisions effectively.
• Coordinate delivery across distributed teams and mentor junior colleagues to foster growth.
• Support proposal development and contribute to expanding Oracle Cloud service offerings.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud solution architecture with demonstrated leadership in complex implementations from concept to deployment.
• Ability to integrate business processes, data management, security, reporting, and third-party integrations into unified solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, with solid stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, data migration methodologies, role-based security, and reporting tools.
• Experience within sectors such as public services, financial services, utilities, healthcare, higher education, or shared services environments.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle Cloud architecture or program delivery are advantageous but not mandatory.
