Oracle Fusion ERP Transformation Program Manager

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to spearhead a comprehensive Oracle Fusion ERP transformation initiative in Saudi Arabia. This role requires overseeing governance, managing the Program Management Office (PMO), aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful value delivery across multiple coordinated workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire Oracle ERP transformation program from initial planning stages through go-live and subsequent stabilization phases.
• Create and update program roadmaps, schedules, and resource distribution plans for all involved workstreams.
• Oversee day-to-day coordination activities among functional, technical, and change management teams.
• Serve as the main liaison for the client’s program sponsors and steering committee members.
• Monitor and report progress on program milestones, budget adherence, identification of risks, and issue management, escalating as necessary.
• Ensure all delivery activities conform to the client’s governance policies and program methodologies.
• Manage any changes in project scope and coordinate with vendors or subcontractors as needed.
• Organize and lead steering committee meetings, presenting executive-level status updates.
• Proactively identify and resolve interdependencies and conflicts across multiple workstreams.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable track record of managing Oracle ERP transformation programs, which is mandatory.
• At least 10 years of experience in program or project management, having held senior program manager positions.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement and program governance frameworks.
• Willingness to undertake frequent travel or relocate to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or current residency there.
