Oracle Functional Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst experienced with Oracle Primavera Unifier to contribute to a significant project management initiative in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate business requirements workshops involving stakeholders from projects, finance, procurement, and contracts departments.
• Evaluate existing process workflows and develop enhanced procedures tailored to Oracle Primavera Unifier capabilities.
• Create comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and Business Process specifications.
• Configure and manage system elements such as shells, cost sheets, funding allocations, cash flow models, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).
• Provide support for contract procedures based on FIDIC standards, covering change variations, claims handling, payment certification, retention, and advance payments.
• Establish dashboards, generate reports, define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and specify integration needs with Primavera P6, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and document management systems.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases: preparation, execution, defect monitoring, and formal business approvals.
• Ensure validation of Arabic language forms, labels, reports, and user interface content for accuracy and localization.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 7 years in Business Analysis roles.
• At least 4 years of direct functional experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• Exposure to a complete end-to-end Unifier implementation lifecycle.
• Thorough understanding of Business Processes, shell and cost sheet creation, funding, cash flow, and Accelerator setup within the Unifier environment.
• Knowledge of capital project controls, financial budgeting, cost management, and Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
• Experience working with FIDIC contracts specifically in construction or infrastructure domains.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
