Oracle Consultant

About the Role

Based in Doha, Qatar, this onsite full-time position is for a 12-month extendable contract aimed at an experienced Oracle Consultant specializing in Primavera Unifier. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of professional experience overall, including a minimum of 3 years of practical implementation work specifically with Oracle Primavera Unifier systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Primavera Unifier system rollouts, including go-live activities and post-deployment hypercare support.
• Conduct end-user training sessions customized by role such as project managers, cost controllers, and contract administrators.
• Prepare comprehensive user manuals, training guides, and detailed process documentation to support system use and adoption.
• Manage functional administration tasks including onboarding new users, defining roles and permissions, and routine data upkeep.
• Support change management initiatives linked to system deployment and usage.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Oracle Primavera Unifier implementation experience, including successful participation in at least one full Unifier rollout.
• Proficient in Business Processes, shells, cost management, and administration modes (user and admin).
• Effective planning skills for rollout, cutover, UAT testing, and go-live activities.
• Fluent communication abilities in both Arabic and English, including presentation skills.
• Preferred experience in construction and infrastructure sectors, familiarity with FIDIC contracts, variations, RFIs, submittals, and progress payments.
• Additional preferred qualifications include Primavera Unifier certification, exposure to Primavera P6, experience with Qatar or GCC government projects, and certifications in change management or training.
• Note: Candidates experienced only in Primavera P6 without proven Unifier implementation experience will not be considered suitable.
