Job description
Role Summary
We invite an accomplished Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to join a significant Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM transformation program. The role demands hands-on expertise with Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations specifically within GCC countries. Candidates lacking GCC Payroll implementation experience, particularly those restricted to UK, Europe, or other regions, will not be considered suitable.
Responsibilities
- Guide and execute Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementation end-to-end.
- Gather and evaluate Payroll business needs and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Design and configure Oracle Cloud Payroll features tailored to business requirements.
- Address country-specific Payroll requirements across GCC territories.
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze current Payroll workflows and architect future solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, configuration, testing phases, and defect management.
- Oversee integration points between Payroll and other HCM or third-party applications.
- Assist with data migration, verification, and reconciliation tasks.
- Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), parallel payroll runs, and deployment activities.
- Provide functional expertise and offer best practice guidelines throughout the implementation process.
- Collaborate closely with Oracle HCM, technical, and integration teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
Required Experience
- Direct, robust experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll.
- Proven track record of full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
- Mandatory prior delivery of Oracle Payroll implementations in GCC countries.
- Deep understanding of payroll operations, regulatory requirements, and localization nuances in the GCC region.
- Comprehensive experience spanning requirements gathering, design, deployment, go-live, and hypercare phases.
- Proficiency in Payroll configuration, testing, and troubleshooting within Oracle Cloud.
- Hands-on experience managing integrations and data migrations in an Oracle HCM Cloud context.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and strong communication capabilities.
- Capacity to operate autonomously within complex transformation initiatives.
GCC Countries Expertise
- Demonstrable Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation experience in at least one of the following Gulf Cooperation Council countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Oman.
- Prior involvement in implementations spanning multiple GCC nations is highly valued.
