Role Summary
TCS seeks an experienced Oracle ARCS Functional Consultant to work primarily in Hyderabad, India, with locations available across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience implementing and supporting Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) solutions integrated within Oracle EPM Cloud environments. This position involves streamlining reconciliation, compliance, financial close, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle ARCS solutions efficiently.
- Engage with stakeholders to collect business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
- Configure modules such as Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching, Reconciliation Compliance, Balance Comparison, and Variance Analysis.
- Create reconciliation workflows, design approval processes, and develop interactive dashboards to support financial operations.
- Establish reconciliation profiles, define formats, rules, and security protocols effectively.
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and management analytics tailored to organizational needs.
- Build and maintain integration bridges with ERP and other financial management systems.
- Provide support during month-end and year-end close procedures ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), aid deployment, oversee production support, and swiftly resolve issues.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Compliance domains.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and promote automation to increase operational efficiency.
Required Expertise
- Proficient in Oracle EPM Cloud with strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service).
- Experienced in Smart View, Data Management, and utilizing EPM Automate for automation tasks.
- Functional mastery of ARCS areas including Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching, Compliance Monitoring, Reconciliation Lifecycle Management, Financial Close Process, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Intercompany Reconciliation.
- Technical skills in Integration Development, Data Load Rules, Business Rules implementation, Security Configuration, and creating Reporting & Dashboards.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting principles such as General Ledger (GL), Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Financial Close, and Audit & Compliance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with FCCS, Planning, EDMCS, Oracle Hyperion platforms.
- Expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud and SAP integrations including REST API implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and holding Oracle EPM certifications is advantageous.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
