Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Apps DBA to manage and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments along with their underlying databases.
Responsibilities
- Oversee patching, upgrading, and overall management of Oracle E-Business Suite and its databases.
- Conduct system cloning, create backups, and execute disaster recovery processes including RMAN and Data Guard.
- Enhance system performance and administrate concurrent managers.
- Provide continuous 24/7 production support and troubleshoot technical challenges as they arise.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience in Oracle Apps DBA roles.
- Expertise with Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters) and ASM (Automatic Storage Management).
- Proficient in Shell scripting to automate administrative tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and issue resolution abilities.
Experience
Candidate should have between 8 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.
