Working Conditions

• Permanent full-time position at the Northam store, offering a salary package up to $120,000 base plus superannuation and an annual bonus of $10,000.
• Full-time roster with flexible start dates between late 2026 and early 2027.
• The store features two testing rooms, has a strong patient satisfaction record (high Net Promoter Score), and maintains consistent growth with no late-night or Sunday trading.
• Patient demographic primarily aged 40 and above, with involvement in Aboriginal health initiatives and a contract with a detention center.
