We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Optometrist to join our supportive and well-established team in Swadlincote. This opportunity is open to both newly qualified and seasoned professionals who are passionate about providing excellent patient care. Our practice uses modern equipment and is committed to professional growth and development.
Location and Facility
Situated in the center of Swadlincote, our store is conveniently accessible with free local parking and good transport connections. Swadlincote is a thriving market town in South Derbyshire with a variety of amenities, green spaces, and proximity to Derby, Burton upon Trent, and Leicester. Our store features five testing rooms, running two clinics daily with 20-minute testing appointments, which provides a well-supported clinical environment to deliver high-quality care.

Key Benefits and Employment Details
- Opportunities available for newly qualified and experienced optometrists
- Salary range between £40,000 and £55,000 full-time equivalent, based on experience
- Options for full-time or part-time positions (minimum 3 days, including one weekend day)
- Standard testing duration is 20 minutes, with options for longer tests
