Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Field Executives specialized in ISP and Network Operations to join our team in Sec 63, Noida. This position involves handling customer installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of broadband and fiber optic networks. Both freshers who are eager to learn and candidates with relevant field experience are encouraged to apply.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform customer site visits to install new broadband and FTTH connections.
- Set up and configure network devices including ONT/ONU, routers, Wi-Fi devices, and switches.
- Manage tasks related to new connections, relocations, upgrades, and disconnections.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues involving internet, fiber cables, LAN, Wi-Fi, and routers.
- Conduct fiber cable testing, termination, splicing, and fault detection.
- Maintain and troubleshoot local network infrastructures effectively.
- Collaborate with Network Operations Center (NOC) for resolving complex technical problems.
- Address customer complaints in a timely manner ensuring satisfaction.
- Carry out site surveys to assess feasibility for new connections.
- Keep accurate records of all installations, complaints, and field operations.
- Collect necessary equipment and documents from customers when required.
- Adhere closely to company safety standards and operational guidelines.
- Foster strong customer relationships and exhibit professional conduct in all interactions.
Candidate Eligibility
Freshers: Candidates with 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, or Graduate qualifications are welcome. Basic networking and computer knowledge is advantageous. Strong communication and customer service orientation along with motivation to learn are essential.
Experienced: Individuals with 0-3+ years in ISP, FTTH, broadband, telecom, networking, or technical field support roles are preferred. Experience with ONT/ONU, routers, switches, LAN/Wi-Fi, and fiber fault identification, splicing, or testing is a plus. Prior handling of customer installations and complaint resolution will be beneficial.
