About the Role

Join our team as a full-time Optical Dispenser and experience the rewarding impact you have on customers' lives. You will play a crucial role in the patient journey by delivering expert optical services and outstanding customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise to accurately interpret and analyse optical prescriptions, ensuring precise fulfillment for customers.
• Guide customers in selecting suitable lens types tailored to their prescriptions and take exact measurements for optimal fit.
• Conduct comprehensive quality checks and make necessary adjustments to spectacles before they are collected by customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by informing clients about ongoing promotions, product features, and advising on contact lens suitability.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in optics and eager to engage in a role emphasizing customer interaction and hands-on work.
• Committed to continuous learning with access to full training programs ranging from basic to advanced dispensing skills; possessing a Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to make customers feel at ease and supported.
• Enjoys collaborative teamwork and consistently brings enthusiasm and a positive approach to the workplace.
