Role Overview

The Optical Dispenser role integrates elements of fashion retail with healthcare by providing personalized eye care and stylish eyewear selections. You will collaborate with your team to deliver tailored advice ensuring customers leave with frames that fit their style and vision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Offer customized eye care consultations and wardrobe styling guidance aligned with each customer's needs.
• Accurately fit and dispense frames and lenses based on prescriptions from Optometrists.
• Develop and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Support daily store operations including opening and closing processes.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year of experience in the optical sector or two years in retail sales.
• Dependability with prior experience managing store opening and closing routines.
• Detail-oriented and capable of performing basic math calculations accurately.
• Effective communicator who is confident, proactive, and able to engage both customers and colleagues.
• A personable professional able to build respectful and trustworthy relationships in the workplace.
• Energetic and customer-focused attitude, eager to deliver exceptional service.
