Key Responsibilities

• Receive goods by unloading, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments accurately.
• Prepare customer orders by picking and packing items according to specifications.
• Verify dispatch activities including checking, loading vehicles against associated documentation.
• Complete value-added tasks like scanning, cello wrapping, heat shrinking, and labeling as needed.
• Ensure stock is replenished promptly and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Participate in stock counts, verifications, and other assigned projects.
• Handle stock carefully while adhering to standardized procedures and work instructions.
• Use warehouse machinery and equipment responsibly, ensuring they are well maintained.
• Organize stored items systematically within warehouses and storage areas.
• Report any damage or defects in stock or equipment to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the warehouse environment.
• Provide attentive customer service and foster a cooperative workplace atmosphere.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental standards in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
• Accurately document and report all workplace incidents, damages, or accidents.
• Avoid intentional misuse or interference with safety equipment and machinery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations is advantageous but not mandatory as training will be provided.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) are beneficial.
• Good physical fitness capable of handling manual warehouse tasks.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and shipping/receiving is advantageous.
