Ltd., operates under a Capital Markets Services Licence (CMS101211) issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, functioning as an Exempt Financial Adviser.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-launch support for brokers and Wealth Management operations, along with daily system maintenance to ensure trading platforms operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Offer operational assistance and clarify functional aspects to brokers, encompassing trading processes, settlement workflows, and system capabilities.
- Proactively detect, classify, and evaluate operational issues; identify affected modules and coordinate with Product, IT, and Project Management teams to resolve concerns promptly.
- Oversee system operations to spot irregularities and collaborate with internal teams for swift problem resolution.
- Provide support in troubleshooting system and business issues related to Hong Kong and US equities, client onboarding, funding, corporate actions, IPOs, and application usage.
- Participate in incident management activities including cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Work jointly with cross-function teams such as IT and Product to optimize service delivery and refine workflows.
- Leverage intelligent customer service and internal tools to improve responsiveness and service quality.
- Assist in audit processes, risk management, and compliance adherence.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience working in brokerage, wealth management, or trading system operations.
- Background or strong understanding of the Wealth Management sector is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Chinese is preferred to engage stakeholders in the Greater China region.
